Maddison Bourke
Founder & Lead Educator at Madly Lashed Academy
With over six years in the lash industry, Maddison has lived through every trend, technique and transformation the lash world has seen and mastered them all.
Her journey began humbly, renting a single bed and building her client base one appointment at a time. From there, she moved to working from home, pouring her heart into her craft until she outgrew the space entirely. Today, she operates from her own studio surrounded by a community of inspiring business owners, proof of how far dedication, passion and resilience can take you.
Known for her meticulous eye and deep love for lashing, Maddison brings the same grounded, hard-earned wisdom into her role as a trainer. She doesn’t just teach the skill, she teaches the mindset. Her mission is to help her students rise from the ground up just as she did, giving them the confidence, knowledge and support to build thriving careers of their own.

Where do I begin!? The private space is so comfortable and welcoming.
